Privacy, plainly.
Roll Call is a free daily quiz. There are no accounts, no ads and nothing to buy.
What is stored
The first time you start a game, your browser is given a random id in a cookie. Your answers, scores and streak are saved against that id so the site can show your record and each day's results. The id is not linked to your name, email or any other account. Clearing your browser data removes the cookie and starts you fresh.
The site also counts simple events against that id, such as a game being started, a hint being used or the share button being pressed. If you arrive through a link in one of our social posts, the name of the platform and the kind of post are noted for a week so we can tell which posts people play from.
What is not
Roll Call does not ask for or store your name, email address, location or contacts, and does not sell or share data with advertisers. The site is hosted by Vercel and its database by Supabase, which process requests on our behalf.
Our social accounts
Roll Call publishes its own quiz videos and pictures to its own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky and TikTok through those platforms' official tools. That posting app only ever signs in to Roll Call's own accounts and does not read or collect anything about other people.
Terms
The game is offered as it is, for fun, with no guarantee that it is always available or that every answer is right. If you spot a wrong college, use the report link on that card. Roll Call is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, the NBA, the NCAA or any team or school; team and school names are used only to describe where a player has played.
Contact
